back on the weight watching track again...

i've no shorts that fit anymore, so today i'm strolling the little one to gymnastics class today! and I'm also getting  back on track with Weight Watchers.  I lost thirty-two pounds and I can do it again. 

last week's meeting's message: "Don't let a lapse, turn into a collapse."  Good advice.  Just because you have a bad day -- or weekend! -- does not mean you should give up on it.  it's worth it.  I know I felt better when I was at a healthier weight last year.  I was more agile, more alert, and more confident.
