I was truly blown away. He exceeded all my expectations (which, admittedly, were low due to my love for Chris). He was fantastic! I was impressed with the film, but then, you should be aware that I am a lifelong Superman fan and was practically raised on a diet of blue tights and red capes. There's one scene, though I won't go into it for spoilers, where you will question Lois' parenting. Yet, at the same time, you don't know what she should do. She's stuck between a rock and a hard place. Superman remains the stoic character he was in the Reeve films. Even when he is weakened, he remains strong. There's a twist near the end that will probably raise debates and some good discussion.
