Oh, my. Salmon with Pineapple Orange Salsa - Blog Entry30 May 2006 01:04 PM This is probably a good recipe for you then, because I've served it to fish-haters and they've all agreed it's good. A Review of "Midway to Heaven" by Dean Hughes - Blog Entry25 May 2006 10:13 PM Not only is Dean Hughes a great writer, but he is a great teacher, as well. I took a creative writing class from him and honed a novel there with his help that ended up getting published. He's also a wonderful human being! Raising A Pet Chicken - Blog Entry24 May 2006 03:39 PM Thanks Aimee, We love our chicken! At first I was thinking, oh, brother, but it's grown on me. We are building it a coop. I was very surprised because I'd only heard good things, but she said she wouldn't do it over in a million years. I only spoke to her briefly, so I don't know exactly why she felt so strongly that it was a mistake...she mentioned that she feels sick all the time and the pleasure of eating was gone, but surely there must be more to it than that. |
