My mom passed away 18 months ago at the age of 54 and we were extremally close and I have had a hard time dealing with my loss. Also, I find that people seem to not understand my loss and expect me to just snap out of it and move on. It felt good to read this and I even posted it myself with acknowledgment of you of course for others to read who have yet not dealt with a loss of a parent so maybe they might understand more of where I am coming from! |
