The Adventures Of Gleti

This is my hamster Gleti. I got him November 6th, 2006. I've had him for almost a year. He's a cute little hamster. He likes lots of vegetables and nuts. He gets lots of exercise on his wheel. We just got him a new cage called a Habitrail, its Gletis favorite place so far.

He traveled all the way from Torrance, CA to Nashville, TN in his Habitrail. Gleti traveled almost 2,700 miles with the rest of us. He even got to go into two restaurants. At one restaurant we hid him in my moms bag. At another restaurant we fed him saltine crackers and water through a straw.

One morning about a week ago, he escaped from his Habitrail and crawled under the bench. My mom used a little basket to carry get him out. At first we thought a carrot would help get him out but he just took the carrot and went back under. It was so funny!
