Photo by Simon Stratford How many jokes, surveys, video attachments, and other miscellaneous “fun” stuff do you get in your inbox on a weekly (or maybe even daily) basis? I get tons. Previously I wrote about viral emails I’m guilty of spreading and ones that have tugged at my heart. Well, here’s some that I’ve found just doggone hysterical. Off the Mark Cartoons My neighbor Marlene forwarded an email with “From a dog’s point of view” in the subject line. It contained a bunch of Off the Mark cartoons by Mark Parisi. Some people like to think animals are just animals. They think animals don’t think or feel or have emotions. Oh really? If animals didn’t have emotions, would they take orphaned animals in and nurture them as their own? Even when they’re different species sometimes. Would they cower from thunderstorms or snakes if they didn’t feel fear? Would they mourn the loss of their babies or even their people when they die? Would they show signs of depression? Ever since I started incorporating viral animal emails into my blogs, my sister’s always on the lookout for ones that’ll especially tickle me. Recently, there has been news regarding a video game controller that was originally designed to be used by gamers with disabilities. A scandal involving some less than polite statements from PR representative have taken the focus off the controller itself. Despite this, the Avenger Controller is still a useful tool for gamers to use, whether or not they have a special need.
