Angry Ex’s Take Out Frustrations Over Children’s Hair

I don’t know who these people are, but they are apparently famous in England. Regardless, of how famous or infamous they are, these parents have stooped to a brand new low.

According to the Daily Mail Online news rag, Katie Price and Peter Andre have gone head-to-head, so to speak to tick each other off.

Apparently, when mom dropped the kids off to dad to spend Christmas with him, the son sported a blond steak down the center of his head, in sort of a faux Mohawk. It seems dad wasn’t too keen on the new hairdo as when he delivered the kids back to mom, the little girl who had a head full of blond curls was returned without them. She had been given a “trim” by Peter Andre’s hairstylist brother.

On her twitter page, mom wrote: ‘Can’t believe that when I got kids back princess comes back with her hair all cut short soo out of order.’ and ‘Pete brother has cut princesses hair off can’t put it in a pony tail why would they do that to prove what point’. A friend of Dad delivered the following retort. ‘Princess was given a trim by Pete’s brother Michael, who is a professional hairdresser. It’s nothing compared to Junior’s blond Mohican.’

They should be ashamed. I wonder if the court can name a hair advocate on behalf of the children? Unless these children specifically requested these haircuts, the acts of these parents border on cruelty to children. I can see the little boy requesting a Mohawk. I know many little boys who have. The blond highlights down the center seems like a good compromise, with consent of both parents. Of course, his hair can be colored back if need be. Chopping of the little girls hair without checking with mom first? This seems unforgivable.
