Bally Twist Board to the Rescue

I have been part of a survey team online for the past year. It was really awesome to be able to voice my opinion and be rewarded at the same time. I was rewarded with gift certificates from Amazon. What a great reward it was too! I was able to buy several very useful and indulgent things for others and myself. They really came in handy and allowed me to spoil myself just a bit.

I was becoming a little bored with my gym equipment and wanted something new to try. I have numerous pieces of home equipment that I like to rotate so that I do not become bored with exercise. I love to exercise, but have to change it up and vary my routine. This is how I keep myself interested. I hopped on over to Amazon to look for something in the line of equipment that was low cost and convenient. I found this. The Bally Twist Board.

I LOVE this thing! It is fairly easy to do and I honestly can say that I felt the workout the next day. I had doubts at first that I would because I did not feel too much in the way of muscle involvement. Well, it has a delayed reaction because the next day after many twisting and turning movements, I felt it. It is a good oblique workout and sure enough that is what was a little sore the following day after I worked out for the first few days.

The biggest challenge on the Bally Twist Board is keeping your feet on the board, as it is a relatively small area and keeping yourself balanced. I really enjoy having this little addition to my array of exercise equipment. It may be just a small item, but it works in a significant manner. What is also a plus is that I can take this with me when I travel and not be looked at in a peculiar manner. I have taken my mini trampoline to the hotel with me before when traveling in the past, but I did draw some attention to myself. I mean, what kind of a nut would bring their mini trampoline on vacation with them? I have to raise my hand and say, “me, that’s who.” I do love to exercise and feel out of sorts if I do not so from now on I will bring my little Bally Twist Board with me on vacation instead and twist my heart out instead of jogging joyfully. Now one will ever know that it is neatly tucked away in my suitcase except for me.
