Apple Celebration Cheesecake
A beautiful cheesecake to look at and even tastier to eat!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 1/4 cups oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbs flour
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla
4 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt margarine. Add oats, brown sugar and flour. Mix well & press into 9″ spring-form pan.
2. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Blend at medium speed until well-blended. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Blend in vanilla. Pour over crust. Toss apples in combined sugar and cinnamon.
5. Arrange apples over cream cheese mix. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350* for 55 minutes Or until center is set.
6. Cool in pan on cooling rack. Chill before serving.

Cook: 70 minutes
