Apples and Cheese Dish
This is a wonderful dish with pork chops or chicken.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Self-Rising Flour
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 Cup Mild or Sharp Cheddar Cheeses, shredded
1 Can Plain Apples
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a 9×9 dish, pour apples in, but do not drain. In a separate bowl, mix flour and sugar together.
2. Add melted butter. Mix well. Add cheese. Mixture will be thick, so be sure to mix well.
3. Spoon batter over top of apples and spread best as possible.
4. In a pre-heated oven of 350, cook for 30 minutes or until top is a little brown.
