Applesauce Pancakes
This recipe is enough to make that you could surprise your children with it the morning of a “big test”.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Bisquick
1 tsp cinnamon
2 large eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Ladle onto hot griddle.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Serves: 6
