Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip
This dip can be prepared the night before, covered with plastic wrap, refrigerated, and then baked right before serving.

INGREDIENTS:
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Pour into 9-inch pie pan and bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot with crackers.

Cook: 20 minutes
