Au Gratin Potatoes And Ham
Cheese, potatoes and ham – yum!
INGREDIENTS:
3 cup potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup ham, cooked, cubed
1/2 cup american cheese, shredded
1/2 dan cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 dash thyme
DIRECTIONS:
1. In slow cooker, layer half each of the potatoes, onion, ham and cheese; repeat layers.
2. In small bowl, combine soup, milk and thyme; pour over top. Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour.
3. Reduce to low setting; cook for 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 8 hours
Serves: 4
