Avocado Dip
This recipe makes a dip to die for. It’s simple, creamy and great party and snack food. Tip: to get the stone out of the avocado, slice fruit in half and with a very sharp knife, stab the stone quickly and briskly once….. lift knife…the stone should hopefully come out with the knife.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large ripe avocados
1 tbs mayonnaise
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp red hot pepper sauce, or more to taste
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Scoop out all the avocado into bowl or directly into elecric blender.
2. Add the mayonaise.
3. Add the lemon juice,covering the avocado.
4. Add hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
5. Blend together with electric mixer or blender until smooth as silk
6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
7. Serve with crudites, chips or crackers
