Bacon-Wrapped Trout
A great way to enjoy fresh fish.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 package dry onion soup mix
1 pinch Pepper
3 lb trout fillet
1/2 lb bacon
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine butter, soup mix and pepper, gently mixing. Spread mixture onto fish, then wrap fish with bacon.
2. Grill 10 minutes per side, or until trout flakes easily with fork.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Serves: 6
