Baked Peaches
Excellent with vanilla frozen yogurt.
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz canned peach haves
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 tsp honey
2 tsp rum extract
1 tbs peach syrup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 400F. Drain peaches reserving 1 tsp of syrup.
2. Arrange peaches in a shallow baking dish with cut sides up.
3. Combine coconut, honey, extract and syrup in small bowl. Blend well.
4. Fill each peach with 1 tsp of mixture. Bake 5 minutes. Cool before serving.
