Balsamic Pork Steaks
A simple way to enhance the flavor of pork.
INGREDIENTS:
4 steaks boneless pork loin
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp dried oregano
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and place pork steaks in the bowl.
2. Cover and marinate for 2 hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Barbeque over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
