Banana Oat Smoothie
This is great for toddlers that won’t eat breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup nonfat milk
1 pkg instant oatmeal, regular flavor
1 whole banana, cut in chunks
1 cup orange juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 min.
