Barbeque Meatballs
Zippy meatballs with horseradish with sweet barbeque sauce!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground chuck
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbs catsup
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the first eleven ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Roll small pieces of hamburger mixture into small balls about the diameter of quarters.
3. Place on a large baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. Drain any grease that may have formed and place meatballs in a crockpot.
5. Cover with the barbecue sauce and cook on low heat for approximately one hour.

Cook: 90 minutes
