Black Forest Cheesecake

Black Forest Cheesecake
Two dessert favorites in one!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 pouches unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup cold water
1 can cherry pie fill
1/4 cup almond liquor
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tub whipped cream topping

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine wafer crumbs and margarine in small bowl. Press into spring form pan.
2. Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
3. Add 1/4 cup gelatin mix to pie filling. Stir in 2 tsp almond liqueur.
4. Pour cherry mix over crust and refrigerate until set. Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl until fluffy.
5. Stir in sour cream. Add remaining gelatin mix and liqueur. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Spread over cherry base and refrigerate 3-4 hrs. Remove sides from pan.

Cook: 5 minutes
