Blueberry Cream Pie
Creamy, dreamy goodness.
INGREDIENTS:
1 count graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 pint blueberries
3 tbs apple jelly
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl, and mix well.
2. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon filling into crust. Arrange blueberries on top.
3. Heat jelly in pan and using pastry brush, glaze top of pie with jelly. Chill 3-4 hours.
