Brunch Oven Omelette
Incredibly easy recipe for a large brunch gathering.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup margarine or butter
18 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Place margarine in 13x9x2 baking dish and melt in oven; coat bottom of dish.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
3. Stir in onions, then pour into baking dish. Bake 35 minutes.
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 35 minutes
