Business Profile: Sugar and Spice

I want to introduce you to Sugar & Spice. Sugar & Spice is a brand new business that sells all natural body scrubs, lip balm, organic soaps and homemade vanilla. What makes this business special is the focus and the vision of the owner.

If you read Proverbs 31, you will see that the “virtuous woman” did many things to earn money from home. It is my desire to train my daughters to be stay-at-home moms that know how to help with the family finances! Not only that, but it’s a great way to train them to make, save and be responsible with their very own money. ~ Sugar and Spice

I am a firm believer that we need to train our children to be entrepreneurs. The best way to train a child to be something is to model it or by doing it. Angela, who authors the blog Hidden Treasures, started this business to model the Proverbs 31 example to her daughters and to give them the tools to become entrepreneurs. If there is a better reason to begin a business I have yet to find it. Her desire to care for her family’s finances along with training her daughters to have their own business led her to create Sugar & Spice. The business is brand new and just launched this week. You can be a part of it by purchasing the products she now has to offer. Keep checking back as she and her daughters have plans to continually add to their inventory.

The Products:

Lexxi’s Lip Balm: Organic and all natural this lip balm will come in Hydrating Lip Balm, Peppermint Patty, and Vanilla Honey. The lip balms will run $2.75 or two for $5.00. For an organic lip balm that serves to teach a young lady how to earn money from home that is a steal.

Body Scrubs: Currently you can purchase Pumpkin Spice and Morning Bliss. You can choose the 4 ounce or 8 ounce jars for $3.50 and $7.00 respectively.

Organic Soaps: Keep a lookout as they will add a variety of yummy scents for only $4.00 per bar.

Homemade Vanilla: This product is not currently available but is in the works. The interesting thing about their homemade vanilla is it contains no alcohol.

Stop by Sugar and Spice and check out a business in the making along with young home business owners in the making!
