Here’s a duo I’d never guess: ice skating and cheese. It doesn’t involve the skaters chowing down on dairy products while performing or dressing up like giant blocks of cheddar, or the introduction of a new snack to the skating arena. Instead, it’s a promotional partnership between Disney On Ice and Kraft Singles.
The two mega companies, which both market material for families, have teamed up to bring consumers discounted tickets on Disney On Ice shows held between now and May 31 of this year. Getting the savings is easy: all you have to do is buy a packet of Kraft Singles and redeem the wrapper for 50% savings on a Disney On Ice performance.
Each wrapper is good for 50% off two tickets. You can redeem the wrapper at the box office while buying tickets for a show or do so online. If you choose the latter option you must go to the offer page on the Disney On Ice website here, and enter the promotional code found on the wrapper in the box provided.
You will then be redirected to a page letting you purchase two discounted tickets plus any more regularly priced tickets you might want on any Disney On Ice show. If you’re redeeming the wrapper online you cannot do so for shows coming into your area in less than two weeks, so make sure you redeem the offer in advance.
You also can’t use just any Kraft Singles package for the offer. Make sure the wrapper on the cheese you’re purchasing comes emblazoned with Mickey Mouse Ears and the Disney On Ice logo. Pictures of the wrapper are on the website linked above, so check it out you want to know exactly what to look for.
It’s also a generous offer; I assumed that you’re only allowed to redeem one wrapper per party. However, there is no limit on the number of Kraft Singles packages you’re allowed to redeem for Disney On Ice coupons.
The FAQ section of the website does not specify whether or not you’re allowed to buy Kraft Singles and apply the discounts to multiple Disney On Ice shows. I’m guessing you can, given the aforementioned flexibility of the offer, but if you’re unsure the site provides customer service contact information you can use to call in with any questions.
Disney On Ice currently has a number of shows touring the country, so you have many options to choose from if you’re interested in the Kraft Singles offer. The performances include Let’s Celebrate, Toy Story 3 On Ice, Mickey and Minnie’s Magical Journey, and two Princess shows, Disney On Ice Princess Wishes and Disney On Ice Princess Classics.
If you’d like to plan ahead and figure out when various shows are coming to your area, check out the official Disney On Ice website. As is typical, the discounts only apply to tickets not under any other special promotions.
