Classy Coordinates Sketches Subscription

It doesn’t matter if you have just started scrapbooking or if you have been scrapbooking for years, looking at sketches can be a wonderful way to get a start on a layout. If you are not familiar with scrapbook sketches, they are drawing that show where you should places your photos, journaling and embellishments.

When I started scrapbooking, I didn’t know about sketches. I think that they just we not a popular concept. Now there are books full of sketches and sites online full of ideas.

I just came across a site that offers a monthly subscription for sketches at Classy Coordinates. If you subscribe for only $12 for the year, you will receive 7 new sketches via email every Monday. I love this concept where you are receiving fresh, new ideas on a weekly basis. Basically this is like buying a huge ideas book filled with over 365 sketches for only $12.

Classy Coordinates offers a referral program. If you join and then refer 5 of your friends, you will receive a free gift.

Even if you know you will not have time that week to scrapbook, you could just print off the weekly ideas and files them in a notebook for future reference.

The wonderful thing about starting with a sketch is that it gives you a place to start if you just do not know quite where to start.

Don’t limit yourself to creating a layout that exactly matches the sketch. Try turning the sketch on its side of ever upside down to gain a new perspective. You can also switch around journaling sections with photo sections. Your final layout may not even look like the sketch, but that is okay. If the sketch gave you a starting point and helped you get the photos onto the page, then I still think the sketch helped to inspire the page.

So if you are looking for an economical way to collect many sketches and ideas, I recommend checking out the kit subscription at Classy Coordinates.
