Celebrity Baby Brigade

While rumors swirl regarding his ex-wife being pregnant, Ethan Hawke’s current wife just popped out a new daughter he fathered.

The actor and his wife of 3 weeks, Ryan Shawhughes, gave birth to Clementine Jane Hawke last week Friday in New York City, according to reports.

“I expect that they should be very good parents,” a close family member told PEOPLE Magazine. “They both love children, and they love each other … I know they are thrilled.”

Well, he already has two children from ex-wife Uma Thurman—10-year-old Maya and 6-year-old Levon—so let’s hope he loves children. And she used to be employed as Maya and Levon’s nanny, so I would assume she loves children. As for the comment about loving one another I would hope that since their relationship essentially ended Hawke’s first marriage he would try even harder to make it work, with or without the addition of his new daughter.

Another celebrity heralding the arrival of his newest offspring is Isaac Hanson. The 27-year-old singer and eldest member of the rock trio Hanson and his wife Nikki are celebrating the birth of their second son, James Monroe Hanson.

According to reports, the newest member of the Hanson clan was born in the family’s hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma earlier this month and weighed in at 8 lbs., 11 oz.

Baby Monroe joins older brother Clark Everett Hanson, 1. The boys’ father says both sons go by their middle names.

Isaac’s sons may be among the youngest members of the Hanson crew, but they are in good company. Zac Hanson and his wife Kate just welcomed their first child John Ira Shepherd Hanson, in May. And middle Hanson brother Taylor has three children, for a total of six kids among the bandmates.

This fall the entire group will hit the road on an eight-week tour to promote their new album, The Walk.

Finally, life couldn’t get any sweeter for “Days of Our Lives” star and host of the hit TV show “The Biggest Loser,” Alison Sweeney.

The 31-year-old actress is due to give birth to her second child in January and recently discovered she is carrying the baby girl she always dreamed of having.

Sweeney and her husband Dave Sanov are already parents to a son, 3-year-old Ben, but the soap star says she is delighted at discovering she will get to enjoy the experience of having the daughter she has always wanted.
