They may have arrived two months early, but by all accounts, they are doing very well. I’m referring to the fraternal twin daughters “Desperate Housewives” actress Marcia Cross gave birth to two days ago. According to news reports, the girls named Eden and Savannah were born at a Los Angeles hospital without any major health problems.
The girls are the first children for 44-year-old Cross and her 49-year-old stockbroker husband. The couple married last June and now, less than nine months later, they have successfully doubled the size of their family. Frankly, I was a bit shocked by the news. Last month, PEOPLE magazine reported Cross had been placed on bed rest, so I figured her chances of delivering early would be reduced. In fact, to accommodate her bed rest schedule, producers of her ABC hit brought production to her home for some scenes. According to the magazine, set designers painted Cross’s bedroom the same color as her character Bree Van De Kamp’s, and moved in furniture from the set.
I wonder how much they were able to film before Cross gave birth?

Could it be that once hostile ex’s Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz are finally buying the hatchet? According to TV’s “Access Hollywood,” the pair was recently seen behaving civilly to one another at a Hollywood nightclub.
Sources say Timberlake was at the club with famed director Martin Scorsese and about eight other people. A few hours later, Diaz reportedly showed up, but didn’t join Timberlake’s table. However, shortly after her arrival sources say Timberlake “got up and started talking to her–very discreetly.”
“They weren’t kissing or holding hands or anything, but they were being very friendly,” the observer told news reporters.
About 30 minutes later onlookers say the pair (who broke up last month after nearly four years together) walked out the front door together. This encounter is in stark contrast to the couple’s last high-octane meeting at Prince’s Golden Globes after party when Diaz reportedly saw Timberlake chatting with actress Jessica Biel. Fellow partygoers report that Diaz and Timberlake got into an intense 40-minute face-off in a side room.
