1 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 cups flour
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/2 cups nuts, finely chopped
Mix butter, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and cinnamon. Press on cookie sheet. Stir egg whites and brush on top of dough. Sprinkle chopped nuts on dough and press. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and cut while hot in 50 squares.
