Entertainment Jobs at Walt Disney World

Are you or someone you know an aspiring entertainer? Why bother with New York or Las Angeles when you can start a great career as an entertainer with the Walt Disney Company? (After all, it hasn’t hurt 14-year-old Mylie Cyrus, has it?)

There are many great benefits to being an entertainer with the Walt Disney Company.

You’re entertaining kids and families in a family-friendly environment.
You get a great benefits package (that often includes housing).
You’ll have a regular gig and won’t have to wait tables in dirty diners to pay your bills.
You’ll know that you’ll always have a packed audience!

Walt Disney World is always recruiting Cast Members for roles as characters (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, etc.), parade performers, puppeteers, singers, dancers, musical theater performers, musicians, stunt performers, stage technicians, actors, actors with athletic skills, gymnasts, tumblers, and acrobats. In short, if you are a performing artist, there is most likely a perfect job for you at Walt Disney World.

In addition to the great everyday opportunities as an entertainer at Walt Disney World, the Walt Disney Company also has the Disney Collegiate Entertainment Program. This program gives top college performers a great summer opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry first hand, at either Walt Disney World or the Disneyland Resort.

Auditions are required for all performing positions. For details on upcoming auditions, call the Audition Hotline at (407) 397-3299, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.to 5 p.m., except holidays.
