FunnyBone Toys:

Game Synopsis:

Build and expand groups of beautiful color sequences and matches. Mix and match your own and other players’ cards into strategic groups to be the first to play your entire hand.
It’s not as easy as it seems! Complete and collapse a spectrum into “white light” to increase your chances of winning!

Personal Perspective:

I love the colorful cards. The cards are quality which means they will last throughout many games to come. The game play is fun and challenging. You can play with 2 to 6 players, which adds to the versatility of the game. The instructions are in-depth and well outlined. I love the idea of forming a color spectrum to win the game. It is a great tool to teach children the color spectrum and a fun game when teaching colors in art class.

I use the game as it is outlined in the instructions. However, since I have two younger children I also vary the game a bit to include them. The instructions suggest using the cards for a memory game and color flash cards. Both ideas are fun! I also allow my smaller children to arrange the colors in order, to try to build a hand with variations of a particular color, and to pick out primary and secondary colors. The game is so versatile that it is possible to find many uses for all ages.
