Heidi Swapp Scrapbook Accessories: Part One

Heidi Swapp has created her own entire line of fun scrapbook products. She used to be a designer for the huge scrapbook company, Making Memories, but broke away to form her own company. She offers a wide variety of products and today I would like to share some of Heidi’s fun accessories with you in a series of blogs.

Chipboard. Heidi Swapp must really love chipboard because she offers it in a wide variety of shapes and colors. It comes in diamonds, hearts, frames, exclamations, arrows, labels holders, stars, flowers, squares and circles. They come in packages of six to 16 shapes, depending on the size of the shapes. They are available “raw” so that you can paint, ink, cover in paper. The also are available already colored. These retail for $2.29 to $3.49.

Credit Card Items. Another fun accessory is the credit card items. They come is several themes: baby, boy, exclamations, family, girl and travel. The embellishments are printed on credit card material in a variety of shapes such as frames, photo corners, label holders and flowers. These would add a fun new element to scrapbook layouts. These retail for $3.49 to $4.79 depending on the size and amount of items in the package.

Decorative tape. This is another great accessory. It looks like ribbon, but it is tape. It comes in a tape dispenser with 3, 4,or 5 rolls of tape with 3 yards of each tape style. It comes in thirty different varieties, so you are almost guaranteed that one of the tapes will match your project. They retail for $6.49 per package. The price might seem a little bit high, but considering that you are getting up to 15 yards of tape, the price is reasonable.

Give some of these items a try and let me know what you did with them and how you liked them. I’d love to hear from you.
