  • Parental Liability: When your Child become a Parent. When a teenage girl has a baby it is automatically reported to the state child support agency by the welfare department.

    When the agency receives a minor-mother referral, it begins legal proceedings against three parties:

    The father of the minor-mother.
    The mother of the minor-mother.
    And the father of the minor-mother’s child.

  • Personal Watercraft Insurance can often be added by an endorsement to a homeowner policy, and many auto insurance companies can also provide watercraft insurance. There are special landslide policy offered in the specialty lines markets and generally very expensive for premiums. Mudslide is generally only covered by Flood Insurance offered by the federal government.
