LDS Week in Review: September 10-15

We have had a few blogs covering the different aspects of preparedness. In Are You Preparing in All Areas of Your Life? Miriam points out the importance of being physically prepared to meet the challenges that life throws your way. In What’s In Your Food Storage? Tristi points out some areas that you may not have considered, as well as the importance of adapting food storage to your family’s needs.

Tristi has added a great new section about daily scripture study. You can read more of her insights in 1 Nephi 2:1-4, Scripture Study: 1 Nephi 2:5-7, Scripture Study 1 Nephi 2:8-14, Scripture Study: 1 Nephi 2:16-18 and Scripture Study 1 Nephi 2:19-24. We’ve also had several blogs that have focused on improving ourselves spiritually.

This last week we all took time to remember September 11th. Several blogs focus on teaching your family. Dinner Discussions 2007 Week 34 reviews last week’s lessons, so that you can talk them over with your children. Having a less active or nonmember spouse can make the gospel a a touchy subject. Your Children and Your Less Active Spouse discusses the best way to deal with this issue.
