Ingredients:

1/3 cup of no-cal sugar substitute
1/4 cup of nonfat, instant, dry milk power
2 cups of ice cubes
1-1/2 cups of skimmed milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 teaspoons of instant expresso
1 tablespoon of low-fat whipped topping

Directions:

In a blender you combine the sugar substitute, the nonfat, instant, the dry milk powder, ice cubes, skimmed milk, the vanilla extract, and instant expresso. Blend all of the above ingredients until smooth. Pour the Low-Cal Vanilla Cold Cap into a glass. Spoon 1 tablespoon of low-fat whipped topping onto the top of mixture.

This will fill up that empty pocket that you can sometimes get and yet there are only 60 calories in it. The delicious vanilla flavor will satisfy that sweet tooth also. It takes only minute to make and two glasses of this will not even put much of a dent in your daily caloric intake if you are really hungry and one glass does not do the trick of satisfying you. Reach for a cool glass of the Low-Cal Vanilla Cold Cap when you are having one of those hungry I-need-something-that-tastes-good moments!
