These are used for boating and can be found at any store that sells boat or fishing gear. Some drug stores carry the bands as well.

These bands are easy to use and will come with instructions. Take the band out of the package and look at it. There is a ball sewn into the band. When you place the band on your wrist, be sure the ball is on the inside of the wrist. It should be about an inch away from where the wrist meets the hand. The ball should be positioned in between the two tendons in the middle of the wrist area.

Aromatherapy may help reduce nausea for some women. The essential oils peppermint, grapefruit, orange and lime work well for nausea. The essential oils need a carrier oil to be used on the body. You can also put a few drops of the oil in an aromatherapy diffuser. If you don’t want to buy a diffuser, put a little water in a bowl and put in a few drops of essential oil. Sleep with the bowl or diffuser next to your bed to get the full benefits.

Be sure you are getting enough nutrients in your diet. Some research suggests that a deficiency in the vitamin B6 may contribute to morning sickness for some women. Drink the tea three times each day.

Other herbs that help nausea are red raspberry, dried peach tree leaves, anise and fennel seeds. You can make teas with red raspberry and peach tree leaves.
