On January 18th beginning at midnight (ET) on QVC the Today’s Special Value (TSV) is a beautiful set of album kits that have been put together by Lisa Bearnson, Creating Keepsakes Magazine Founding Editor. For those of you not familiar with the QVC Today’s Special Value, it is a one-day only deal where the discounted price is good for that day only. So it you like it, don’t waste time thinking about it. In the past where Creating Keepsakes and QVC have done a scrapbooking TSV, it has sold out. You can be put on a waitlist and hope that they get more in stock. Even if you don’t get the albums at the TSV price, you can usually by the item at a higher price once it is restocked.
What is included in the kit? The TSV is a collection of four beautiful 8 X 8 albums and all of the materials you need to put each of the albums together. This kit is perfect for someone new to scrapbooking and the seasoned scrapbooker. It will include everything you need for each album and an instruction book on how to assemble the album. If you are new to scrapbooking, you will appreciate how everything is already organized and coordinated with instructions on how to put it together. If you have a lot of experience scrapbooking, you will enjoy adding your own touches.
Each kit has a different theme. Together, these albums will be something that your family will treasure for years to come. The first album is one titled “All About Me.” I’m sure that if you are like me, you haven’t taken the time to document much about yourself. Here is your chance for you to share yourself with your loved ones.
The second album it titled “Celebrating You.” This is a tribute album that you can create about a loved one such as your spouse, a parent, or your children. I think that it will be nice to reflect on the things that I love about someone and I am sure that that person will appreciate my efforts.
The third album it titled “Family Moments.” This celebrates all of the fun times you have with your family.
The final album you will receive is a “Year in Review” album that features each of the seasons.
The first album will arrive in about two weeks and then each of the following three albums will arrive throughout the year at three-month intervals. This should give me time to complete an album before the next one arrives! The price (under $25.00) is per album, and you will be charged for each album before it ships.
