Reuben Sandwich
Jewish deli classic.
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices rye bread
1 tbs butter, softened
2 oz thinly sliced corned beef
2 oz sauerkraut
1 slice mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat medium skillet over medium heat. Butter bread on one side.
2. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in skillet.
3. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and mozzarella on bread. Top with remaining slice of bread.
4. Cook, turning once, until bread is browned, sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
