Seamless Socks: A Solution for a Sensory Sensitive Child

I know a few children with sensory disorders. One thing I have heard from all the moms is a complaint about socks. I asked them if they had seamless socks for their children and while all thought it was a great idea no one knew where to get them. Back in January of 2010, I did a review for SmartKnit KIDS Seamless Sensitivity Socks. I do not have a child with a sensory disorder but I do have a child who complained about the seams in her socks. When the opportunity came to review this product I jumped at it. My review consisted of socks for three of my children. Each one said the socks were the most comfortable and best socks they ever owned. I tried one a pair of my oldest daughter’s socks and I have to agree. The socks were soft, snug, and truly seamless. We were in awe in how they could have been made. Ever since that article I have recommended these socks to friends of children with sensory disorders with great results.

I do not pretend to be an expert on sensory disorders nor do I claim to have the answers to the struggles of having a child with such a disorder. I do know that SmartKnit KIDS specializes in seamless socks and the socks are of top quality. After talking with several moms and finding out none knew where to purchase items for their sensory sensitive child I wanted to bring it to light for other moms. I do not know if changing socks will change lives. However, if it can make wearing socks a little easier for your child it has to be worth knowing about.

I hope to bring you more products to help make things easier for your sensory sensitive child. Again, I do not have a child with a sensory disorder but I love a few who do. I want to make sure moms know where to shop to make it a softer world for their child.

In January 2010 I was given a few pairs for a review posted on a personal blog. I was NOT compensated for bringing you this information on Families.com. I truly believe it is wonderful product and had to share.
