Shopping List and Tidbits for August 21 to the 24

This is the food blog’s week in review. Rather than simply linking and describing the recipes or other interesting tidbits that we have here, this is a shopping list for the week’s recipes. It is divided into staples–things that are called for but that you likely keep on hand, recipe ingredients–things that you need to buy, and tidbits–those interesting items that belong in food but don’t qualify as recipes!
