With a new year comes a new crop of Disney Parks Special Offers. First let’s look at the deals for Disney World.
As always, one of the primary deals involves booking your Disney World vacation early. This time around, you can accrue 30% savings for a spring Orlando vacation if you make your reservations by February 13. Of course, not all of the savings go as high as 30%.
Rooms at Disney Deluxe Villa Resort Hotels booked by Feb. 13 net guests a 30% discount. The less fancy of a hotel you choose to stay at the smaller the deal being offered (which seems backwards on some level), but still, savings are savings.
Disney Deluxe Resort Hotels have a 15-20% savings offer, Disney Moderate Resort Hotels have a 20% savings offer, and Disney Value Resort Hotels have a 15% savings offer. The details vary depending on the exact hotel you choose, so make sure to pay close attention to the fine print when booking your room. Reservations must be made for vacations taking place between February 17 and April 16.
Although many of the special military deals from before no longer apply, Disney World still has military discounts for 2011. Active and retired United States military personnel can save up to 40% on Disney resorts for most dates before September 28. Disney World is also offering discounted military Four-Day Park Hopper tickets for $138 each, again for reservations made by September 28.
Over on the West Coast, if you act soon you might be able to earn a free night at Disneyland. Purchase a 3-night 4-day package at either a Disneyland Resort Hotel or participating Good Neighbor hotel by February 19 and get a free night at the park. The offer applies for stays between January 4 and April 11.
If you’d like to visit both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, consider the current deal on park hopper tickets. Spend three days in each park for $169/ticket for visits made between January 4 and April 14. Each ticket also comes with one free Magic Morning early entry admission, which allows the holder into the park for select attractions before its opening to the general public. These special tickets are only available online.
Disneyland is also offering a similar special deal to Disney World: up to 35% discounts on select hotels. Trips taken between now and April 15 booked by February 19 for a minimum of two nights are eligible for a variety of discounts. The participating hotels are Disneyland Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.
As with all Disney Special Offers, the discounts are subject to certain restrictions; often deals do not apply on specific days between the listed eligibility dates, and many deals are limited to certain hotels.
