Strawberry Bread Recipe
A nicely sweet, but not too sweet, snack.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 large eggs, well-beaten
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 bags frozen strawberries, thawed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Sift all dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
2. Make a whole in the center of sifted ingredients and add in wet ingredients.
3. Blend together and mix well to make batter. Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 60 minutes
