Supernanny Reaches out to Britney Spears and Where You Can Buy Bill Cosby’s Sweaters

Move over Mel Gibson, “Supernanny” Jo Frost says she has what it takes to get Britney Spears’ life back in order.

She’s already given childrearing on-air advice to singer Wendy Wilson and now Frost says she has her sights set on helping Spears.

Though it might be tough to help someone who doesn’t think she has a problem.

The star of ABC’s “Supernanny” tells TV’s “Entertainment Tonight” that she believes the rehabbing pop diva loves her children very much and she would love nothing more than to “be able to put her on the right track and feel more empowered as a parent.”

Frost says she has some ideas on how Britney can get to a place where she’s feeling “secure and confident in herself, so that she is able to take care of her little ones and give them what they need from her, which is their mother around.”

For example, Frost says children thrive when they are made to follow a predictable routine. She says she encourages parents to be firm yet loving with their children and to teach them that their actions have consequences.

So where was “Supernanny” when Brit was a child?

WHERE YOU CAN BUY BILL COSBY’S SWEATERS

Just in time for Father’s Day you can give your pop a sweet sweater worn by one of TV’s most popular fathers.

Bill Cosby, who starred as the father of five children on NBC’s “The Cosby Show” from 1984 to 1992, spent much of his time on-air sporting expensive and elaborate sweaters.

A couple of weeks ago the actor’s daughter discovered a box full of the sweaters Cosby wore on the hit primetime show at her parent’s home.

“I pounced on these sweaters,” Evin Cosby told reporters yesterday, adding that she plans to place them on eBay to raise money for a charity created in memory of her late brother.

Three of Cosby’s most beloved sweaters will go up for sale on eBay from June 2-12, with minimum bids set at $5,000.

According to Cosby, all the money raised from the sweater sale will go to benefit the Hello Friend/Ennis William Cosby Foundation. The nonprofit organization, which raises money to benefit educational programs, is named in honor of Cosby’s only son, who was murdered in Los Angeles in 1997.
