The Biggest Loser—The Final FOUR!

Can you believe they’re already down to the final four? I can’t. It seems like only last week that the contestants came to the ranch, desperate to lose weight. But now—now they’ve lost as much as 124 pounds! Now they’ve gone down dress sizes, pant sizes, and shirt sizes. Their bodies have shrunk. Their confidence has grown. Their stamina, determination, and sheer dedication have paid off and THEY’VE MADE IT!!!!!!!!

I’m watching the show now, and my heart is filled with pride for these individuals I don’t even know. I want to be like them, to stick with a plan and get the weight off. I want to see their friends and family’s faces when they see them. And I don’t worry about how they’ll handle being at home. Yes, it’ll be tough. Perhaps it’ll be VERY tough. But they’ve come this far. They’ve gotten the guidance of Bob and Kim. They’ve got the support of their families, their fellow contestants, and perhaps most of all, they’ve got the motivation of $$. At this point, I don’t even think it’s so much about the possibility of money as it is about completing their transformation.

After all, the physical transformations the contestants have gone through is nothing compared to the mental transformations. Wow! If that’s not inspiring, I don’t know what is.

Here’s how this week’s numbers shaped up. The first number below is the contestants’ original weights. The second number is their weights last week and the third number is their weights this week. Way to go! I can’t wait to see what happens by the time the finale rolls around!

By the way, if you missed it—Jaron was sent home this week, though I have every confidence he kept up the program at home.
