The Great American Scrapbook Convention is Coming to Chantilly, Virginia This Weekend

The Great American Scrapbook Convention (GASC) is a true favorite among scrapbookers worldwide. International scrapbookers have been known to travel thousands of miles, just to take classes and shop for items that might not otherwise have access too. It is pretty darn popular in the United States too.

GASC originally started in Arlington, Texas as a rather small event, and has grown in absolute leaps and bounds, to include more classes than one can imagine, hundreds of booths and dozens of fun activities. It is also a great place for scrapbook companies to show case their latest products. The annual GASC held in Arlington was earlier this month, however if you missed it, there is one coming up this weekend in Chantilly, Virginia.

June 22-23, 2007 brings a weekend of fun, friendship and one of the best events scrapbookers can attend in a year. While Online registration is already closed for the event, general admission tickets, cropping parties and workshop tickets can be purchased at the door. Arrive early, as they do fill on a first come first serve basis, and space is limited.

So what can you find this weekend at the Great American Scrapbook Convention?

…and more.

Plus, exclusively at all Great American Scrapbook Conventions in 2007, see the World’s Largest Scrapbook. Brought to you by Scrapbook Adhesives and the Make-a-Wish Foundation, you will find a scrapbook featuring over 6,338 pages, commemorating the the ongoing work of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
