There are two kind of cholesterol, good and bad. Eggs contain the good cholesterol while hydrogenated oils would be considered bad cholesterol which actually clog arteries. Bottom line: studies have shown that persons who eat eggs regularly (two per day) have not seen a negative impact on their lipid levels.
