Things You’ll Never Hear Your Spouse Say

Just to keep things in the vein of the funny on a sultry, exceptionally hot Friday afternoon here in the state of Texas. Here’s a few fun comments and thoughts on things you’ll never hea a husband or a wife say — feel free to chime in with your own.

Things you’ll never hear a husband say:

  • Here honey, you use the remote.
  • Antonio Banderas AND Brad Pitt? That’s one movie I gotta see!
  • While I’m up, can I get you anything?
  • Forget Monday night football, let me give you a back rub.
  • Let me hold your purse while you try that on.
  • We never talk anymore.

Things you’ll never hear a wife say:

  • What do you mean today’s our anniversary?
  • Forget the back rub, can’t we just watch Monday Night Football?
  • Oh, this diamond is way too big!
  • Honey, does this outfit make my rear look too small?
  • Don’t stop for directions, you’ll figure out how to get there.
  • Hey, pull my finger!

What other things do you expect you won’t hear from your husband or your wife?
