If you found a lost treasure chest of gold, diamonds, and jewels would you take care of it? Would you protect it? If your family passed down a unique family air loom to you, how would you care for it? You would likely be very careful and cautious about the way that you handled it and treated it.
Do you treat your mate as carefully and considerately as you would one of the treasures discussed above? Many people do not. However if you have found the person who makes you happy and completes your life, then in fact you have found a treasure. When you find true love, you have found more than all of the gold and diamonds in the world.
It comes very easy and natural for you to tell and show your mate that you love them. But how often do you tell your mate that you treasure him or her? Do you make your mate feel valued and important to you?
Do you let your mate know exactly what it is about him or her that makes you happy? Do you let your mate know how empty your life would be if he or she were lost?
Most couples tend to let each other know when they unhappy. They tell each other the things that irate and annoy one another. They often take less time to express how much they enjoy and appreciate each other. They do not share the qualities that they find attractive about one another.
When you truly treasure one another, your relationship will be much happier and satisfying. You will hold on to your mate with all of your might. You will be thankful for the time that you have with each other and make the best of each moment that you share.
