Low points, high taste!
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup Rice Crispies
4 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 box sugar-free chocolate pudding
2 cups skim milk
4 tbs lite whipped topping
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix peanut butter and honey together and microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir in Rice Crispies.
2. Press in a 9″ square pan (pie pan is fine). Mix pudding with milk according to directions.
3. Pour pudding onto crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Top with whipped topping.
