Two Thanksgiving favorites united!
INGREDIENTS:
40 oz canned yams, drained
1/4 cup orange juice
12 oz fresh whole cranberries
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 small orange, sliced
1/8 tsp allspice
1/2 cup pecan halves
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine cranberries, sugar, orange slices, pecans, orange juice, and spices in a 2 quart casserole.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir yams into cranberry mixture. Bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 45 minutes
