Real country style potato salad.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes
2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup chopped sweet gherkins
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
1 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine Miracle Whip, or Mayo, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.
3. Add dressing to potato mixture and mix lightly.
4. Chill.
